Acoustic Steel Doors

Acoustic Wooden Doors
Acoustic wooden doors are extremely high performance sound reducing door sets. These high quality door sets are available in a wide range of finishes .They are used wherever high sound reduction performance is required between noise sensitive areas.
Properties
Acoustic door sets are high performance constructions and are available in two standard acoustic ratings :
» High performance version -Sound reductions up to 44 db (A).
» Medium performance version -Sound reduction up to 35 db (A)
» Doors are supplied complete with their own mounting frames
» Door size is available on request. Can be manufactured to meet customer's individual requirements.
» Door is available in standard veneers however other veneers are available on request.
Acoustic Fire Door (Steel)
Envirotech Acoustic Fire-rated doors are integral components of any passive fire-protection design in the built environment. To protect against the spread of fire and smoke within or in or out of the buildings, D.G rooms, Power Plants etc.
Frame
Door frames to be single / double rebate profile manufactured from 16 gauge galvanized steel, profile to have bending radius of 1.4 mm supplied in assembled form ready to install at site.
Shutter
Door Shutter in 46/65 mm thick manufactured from two 18 gauge galvanized steel sheets lock seam jointed at stile edges to form a double skin fully flush shell. Infill of Properitory insulation material to be provided for structural rigidity & additional reinforcements for all hardware fixtures as required & sound Insulation with one coat of fire resistant primer.
